Stable Cottage - This has been an ongoing project consisting of a bespoke three bay cart lodge, large garage conversion & extension creating 2 large bedrooms and two en-suites.
Upstairs saw four bedrooms turn into three and on en-suite and one family bathroom transform into three en-suites.
Also a complete refurb downstairs including a new open plan kitchen diner, new aluminium doors and windows throughout, a double storey vaulted & glazed porch, and demolition of a small garden room re-built more than double the size.
Dyers - Our project at this listed property was to design & build a two and a half bay oak framed cart lodge, combined with open oak frame log store a toilet facilities to the rear. A bespoke ironwork lattice frame was designed and erected with an arced leaded roof with gloss match boarding on the underside.
A year after completion of the cart lodge, we came back to lay a large patio to the side of the property, a large raised patio to the rear to include large oak gazebo and outdoor kitchen space with pizza oven.
Also a complete over haul of the in accessible front garden to create a large driveways, new walls and electric gates were also installed.
Coopers - At this Georgian House & Coach House we have recently finished a complete internal refurbishment, constructed En-Suites to 3 bedrooms, a new family bathroom & shower was also installed. Bespoke oak units constructed for bedrooms, office & lounge. All rooms were completely stripped, re boarded and plastered. New ornate fibrous plaster cornice fitted throughout. Kitchen wall knocked through to create an open plan kitchen space. Driveway resurfaced together with new brick piers and wall to suit purpose made gates. Coach house converted into home gym & games room. We went back a few years later to design and build an outbuilding next to one of the garages to house an indoor computerised golf range.
Bayleys - At this 15th Century Grade 2 Listed Farm House we have extended the existing cart lodge and converted into one large 2 bed open plan annexe. Designed and built an oak framed garden room. To the rear of the property we have designed and constructed an elevated pond complete with an oak built gazebo. 320 sqm of Indian Sandstone patio area was laid. Within the roof space the entire loft was converted into a master bedroom, En-Suite bathroom (with water feature) and a walk in wardrobe. Also installed at this property was 500 metres of electric security fencing measuring 2.4metres high and an output of 15,000 volts.
Weald Lodge - Originally Two Farm Cottages Weald Lodge's double garage was converted into a guest bedroom and study. En-Suites to 3 bedrooms were installed. A garden room with a vaulted ceiling was constructed. In the grounds of the property we built a Garden Home Gym and also a 2 bay cart lodge which we later extended to make into a 3 1/2 bay.
Heath Row - This Semi - Detached Property was re-fitted and the kitchen extended, a ground floor wet room and conservatory were installed together with the main bathroom converted into two separate bathrooms and re-fitted and decoration throughout. Partition wall were also constructed to create extra bedrooms. Both this house and a property on a near by street were converted for the sole purpose as Assisted Living Accommodation.
